Fussa Amateur Radio Club (FARAD)
is consisted with members in Fussa City (JCC #1019) and cities and towns around. It is an affiliated club of Japan Amateur Radio Club (JARL).
The nickname FARAD is an an abbreviation of Fussa Amateur Radio Club. The club radio station JH1YIE is active at the Culture Festival, amateur radio contests, field operation and so on. 40th Anniversary Radio Station is in operation!
In commemoration of the 40th Anniversary of Fussa City, JH1YIE will be replaced with
8J1FUSSA for 5 months from June till the end of October this year.
It is the 40th anniverasary for Fussa Amateur Radio Club itself as well. Fussa is very lively now. Further on 8J1FUSSA, refer to (Sorry only in Japanese)
