☆主　催　：Japan　Ladies　Radio　Society　　　　　　
☆目　的　：YL局の各バンドでのアクティビティ増進と各局との交流を深める為
☆日　時　：電話＝2011年9月24日（土）12：00～９月25日（日）12：00（JST）
電信＝2011年10月1日（土）12：00～10月2日（日）12：00（JST）
☆参加資格：全世界のアマチュア局（個人局のみ）
☆周波数　：1.9～430MHZ　（WARCバンドを除く）
　　　　　＊ ハイバンドのガイド周波数(＊SSB=200～250,ＣＷ=40～80）　　　
☆部　門　　　：OM、YLの電信、電話　各2部門　　A=4バンド以上、B=3バンド以下
(電信、電話、各１部門申請、交信が3バンド以下ではA部門への申請不可)
☆条　件 ：同一場所からの運用の事（電信と電話で異なる場合は可）
  JLRSメンバ－(DXメンバ－含む)を1局以上含む事 
☆呼び出し：電話：OM＝CQYL　YL＝CQコンテスト　電信：OM＝CQYL　YL＝CQTEST
☆交信方法：(1)ナンバ－交換
ＯＭ＝ＲＳ／Ｔ＋００１より始まる連続番号　
ＹＬ＝ＲＳ／Ｔ＋２００１より始まる連続番号
ＪＬＲＳメンバー（ＤＸメンバー含む）＝ＲＳ／Ｔ＋５００１より始まる連続番号
（２）バンドが異なっても連続番号を続けて送る
（３）バンドが異なれば同一局との交信は有効とする
☆禁止事項：(1)クロスバンド（モ－ド）、ネットワークによる交信　
（２）移動中の局との交信（走行中、航行中、飛行中）
（３）クラブ局、記念局との交信
☆得　点　 ：OM局=YL局1点、メンバ－局5点　YL局＝OM局１点、YL局5点
☆マルチプライヤ－：各バンドで交信した局の異なるプリフィックスの総数
☆　総得点　：（各バンドで得た得点の和）×（各バンドで得たマルチプライヤ－の和）
☆申　請 :（１）サマリーはＪＡＲＬの様式に準ずる、参加部門を明記の事
(２）ログはバンド毎に、マルチはプリフィックスで記入の事
(３）ステッカー希望の場合はサマリーの意見欄に明記の事
（４）ｅ－ｍａｉｌアドレスお持ちの方はできるだけ記入してください（連絡用に）
☆賞　　　： (1)各部門ごとに１位～３位に賞状、
(2)参加賞（ステッカ－及び台紙）部門毎に発行
料金：ステッカー＝１００円＋ＳＡＳＥ（返信用封筒に８０円切手貼付）
台紙(1部門)＝500円+郵送料（140円）(ステッカ－)　計740円

THE 40th JLRS PARTY CONTEST

PURPOSE：JLRS  shall sponsor the annual JLRS PARTY CONTEST to encourage
women’s Interest and active participation in the amateur radio,and
to deepen good friendship between them.
ELIGIBILITY：All licensed men and women operators throughout the world
are invited To participate.
OPERATION：All bands and all modes may be used in accordance with operatorsation
Lienses.Cross – band operation is not permitted.Allcontacts must bemade
From the same location. Net controlledc tactsand contacts
with Mobile stations or club station will not be counted.
PROCEDURE：OMs :”CQ YL”, YLs; “CQ CONTEST”,CW ; OMs;”CQ YL” YLs;”CQTEST”
EXCHANGE    ：OMs ：RS   or RST and QSO number starting at 001
YLs：RS or RST and QSO number starting at 2001
JLRSmembers ：RS or RST and number starting at 5001
Separate consecutive QSO numbers must be used in  POHONE and
CW contest
ENTRY 　：Entry in each contest is limited to one of the following two categories
A：4bands and more than 4bands   B：less than 3 bands
SCORING：1) PHONE and CW will be scored as separate contests. Submit
separate logs For each contest.
2) Each contact with the same station on different bands will be counted.
3) OMs,Score：1point for each contact with YL,
5points for each contact with a member of JLRS.
YLs,Score  ：1point for each contact with OM,
 5points for each contact with YL.
4) Multiply the total number of contact by the total number of different
Prefixes worked in each band.
LOGS ：Copies of all PHONE and CW logs must show scores claimed, band,mode,
RST, call signs worked and power transmitted, be signed by the operator.
 Logs are to be received by the Contest Custodian no later than
Oct.20 2011 Logs must be legibie. Please TYPE or PRINT logs.
