12th IARU Reg.3 ARDF Championships 9-14 Nov 2026 Kansai Japan Ryuo Town, Shiga prefecture

  IARU Region 3 ARDF Championships is held at Ryuo-Town, Shiga-Prefecture, and around area (Kansai district) of Japan in 2026. Ryuo-Town is located in 30 km east of Kyoto station. The name of Ryuo literally means “Dragon King”.

Special Event Station
  To commemorate of this Reg.3 ARDF Championship, we have started to operate special event station prior to and during championships.
  This station call sign is, 8J3ARDF and already on the air from April 13th, 2026.
  If you are ham radio license holders in your counties AND from certain countries, you can be operators of this station as guest operators during competition period.
  For qualification to operate the station, please refer to the following web page and annex.1 of this document.

  Even if you do not have such a license, you may still enjoy operating the station through a supervised trial experience.
